My Very Own Rubber Tree

I purchased a small Ficus elastica plant last winter and it's been growing very well--one to two additional leaves per week! I've been wondering whether it needs any sort of pruning for fuller growth.

Are there any straight men who would wear Baskit boxer briefs?
