I
too recently had to give up my old red Nokia phone. In order to sign a new contract with my service provider, I needed a phone capable of interacting with more types of networks. I ended up going with the Kyocera pictured above. If I'd been able to, I would have loved to stay with my old Nokia. That phone was great--great reception and a battery that kept going and going and going.

I ended up buying the Kyocera, but it hasn't arrived yet. I'm apprehensive. Will let you know how it all turns out.
I used to have the little Nokia too. I felt very Charlie's Angels, and I liked it. But... it was a shitty phone, with shitty reception, and I love my Moto. (I have to believe that it probably wasn't my cute little phone, but was the Cingular contract attached to it)
My first two cell phones (post college) were Nokias, and I loved them. Remember about 5 yrs ago they were the shit? Everyone had Nokia phones it seemed like.
Nokia has seemed to fall way behind technology-wise. I have a Motorola that is okay (T730), but I feel like I'm constantly telling people "well, my battery's about to die, so if we get cut off ..."
I get a new phone next month, though. New Every Two with Verizon!
